NEW PARTNER FOR ADELAIDE LAW FIRM

Adelaide-based law firm Watsons Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy Gauvin as a Partner.

Ms Gauvin has extensive experience in a range of business sectors, including the resources sector. Her expertise encompasses advising clients on equity fundraising, public company takeovers, private company mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate reconstructions and general compliance and corporate matters.

Ms Gauvin joined the firm from Melbourne-based Allens Arthur Robinson in 2004.
