"Party in the square"
On Thursday 26th October 2006, Watsons Lawyers hosted a gathering made up of clients, business associates, family and friends.
The invitation said "Who says you need a reason?" but there were in fact, a number of reasons to party.
The name Watsons Lawyers was registered on 31 October 2002, so it was nearly our 4th anniversary, we had our official launch of the firm on September 11, 2003 so over 3 years has gone by since that date and it's been just over 1 year since we moved to our new location in wonderful North Adelaide on 4 October 2005.
We also celebrated Greg English becoming a partner on 1 October and Lucy Gauvin's promotion to senior associate in July as well as first anniversaries for Sarah Clarke and Melanie Jose.
It was also an opportunity to say a sincere thank you to our clients for their support of, and loyalty to, our small firm.
By all accounts it was a successful evening with Wellington Square turning out to be a popular venue and What-A-Dish a very popular caterer.
