Sarah joined Watsons Lawyers as a new legal graduate on 1 October 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Adelaide. Sarah's keen interest in the mining and resources industry led her to receive the Dean's Certificate for her study of Minerals and Energy Law in 2004. Sarah is also due to complete a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment through FINSIA/Kaplan Professional in April 2008.

Sarah is now a third year lawyer with exceptional research skills who has demonstrated capabilities far beyond her years of experience in writing prospectus and takeover documents and carrying out due diligences and document verification. Since joining Watsons Lawyers, Sarah has been involved in IPO work for UraniumSA Limited, Archer Exploration Limited, Odin Energy Limited and Phoenix Copper Limited and was also responsible for the verification of Gladstone Pacific Nickel Limited's listing application for the Toronto Stock Exchange. Sarah also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, and has been involved in the friendly takeovers of Buka Minerals Limited and Hindmarsh Resources Limited, and the successful defence of the attempted takeover of Marathon Resources Ltd.
